Our daughter had therapy with Sofie for two years. Before she started her therapy she was depressed, had suicidal thoughts and was extremely anxious. Thanks to the outstanding help she received from Sofie, she has recently embarked on a gap year abroad, and is in such a good place mentally and emotionally. We truly believe that without Sofie’s help, this simply would have not been possible. Sofie was a beacon of light during an incredible difficult time in our daughter’s adolescence, her constant kindness, coping strategies relayed to our daughter, and exceptional care made such a difference. We will forever be grateful for her, a truly lovely lady, always totally professional but the epitome of kindness, strength and warmth. As a parent, when your child is in pain you feel it tenfold. Sofie alleviated that for us, I cannot recommend her highly enough.
