Trying to return a package is a nightmare. Some pickup points won't print the label, some will. Don't know until you've wasted time getting there. On the other hand, delivery is hit and miss. They never follow delivery instructions. They leave packages in unsecured places on the street. In the garage. Sometimes in a neighbour's garage two doors away. Personally, I would never choose this company.
