   I have lived in Harlington for over 20 years and I am star struck by how crap this shop has got. With empty shelves, food stored incorrectly (don’t bother with purchasing any fruit or veg), staff who prioritise online orders (leaving you waiting despite being seen by multiple staff members) and worst of all the lady who works in the post office; she is rude and short tempered. - as I have been using the shop for years I am aware this attitude is not a one off situation. She ignores, seems irritated by the site of a customer and has no care for customer service (throwing change on the side). I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of this shop and would honestly recommend making a journey to a further shop.

   Used to be a good shop. Not now though the shelves are half empty and untidy. There is always a queue. Today I went in and waited at the till and there was no one there to serve me, another lady had to walk round the shop to find someone to serve us. The prices are high which I would not mind if the shop and service were good, but they are not. They seem to be short staffed

   Small local store always well stocked! All the staff members are friendly but Magdalena/Maggie is one the friendliest, politest and positive people I have ever met. She always has a smile on her face and asks you how's your day going! A true asset to the store!

   Ordered an Uber delivery over half the order was wrong, no comms from store prior to delivery to inform me, Uber driver did not make me aware either. Have tried to contact the store phone just rings out!

   I am a regular customer at this store. Usually I am very happy with their customer service. However, recently I have noticed that one of the team member was arranging the pastries section with her bare hands. I love to have nice fresh croissant in the morning but this puts me off.

   Lovely convenience store located in Harlington, wide selection of food and drink to choose from. I brought chicken breast meat from here and the quality was excellent, very impressed. I order alcoholic drinks from here, delivery is always speedy. Highly recommend this convenience store to anyone in the local area
