   Just wanted to pick up some basics after work because I had run out. Was met with a crazy staff member shouting HELLO at me because I had headphones in. Acting as if I was the rude one for wearing headphones, it is 2025, I do not want to be disturbed for simple shopping. Help is asked for, not asked for after being shouted at. Weird lady - I should have run away from the store if that is the energy you bring to customers

   IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD. MY EXPERIENCE AT SUPERDRUG WAS HORRIBLE THANKS TO POLLY. SHE WAS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL, MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFROTABLE, I WAS GOING TO BUY PRODUCTS BUT I WILL MAKE SURE NOBODY SHOPS HERE AGAIN. This store does not deserve customers. She is a horrible lady that makes everyone feel bad as she does about herself. If you want to increase sales in this store, I recommend getting rid of her. All the bad reviews are because of her and she doesn't know how to do her job properly. Horrible horrible experience, please don't go to this store. I certainly won't.

   Visited Superdrug in Hayes Town yesterday and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made shopping easy and pleasant. The store had a wide variety of products, all neatly arranged with excellent shelf management. It was easy to find everything I needed without having to ask. Overall, a well-organized store with great service.

   Team manager disrespectful and intolerable, was dictating the staffs rude behaviour and the woman who was in the makeup aisle was following me and when i asked her a question about the product she didnt even know, they should learn manners and how to treat customers.

   Staff extremely unfriendly and unhelpful when I ask them to help me find an item but friendly to other customers of a certain colour. I'm certain I will not be returning and will be telling friends and families about this unfortunate incident, this is a lesson to the staff they should learn customer services and manners and the manager wasn't even there for me to report this incidents.

   Extremely racist place not everyone just the Arab security man. Follows me everytime I go there I even have video evidence. He saw me filming him once and he ran after me out of the shop and starts screaming at me telling me to delete it I was terrified and manager is not doing anything about it no matter how many times I report it!!

   I’ll be going further with this but I do not recommend this Superdrug at all. The security guard and all the workers were following me everywhere I went ecspacially the security guard and the security guard also kept giving me dirty looks and would not leave me alone and would keep staring me down. The woman shouted at me as well since she made a mistake thinking I was using a product when it was a tester there was no need. The most racist store I’ve been to don’t recommend and will be taking this further.
