   disgusting service I went there to top up my oyster card the old man declined and said cash only my sister and I only had cards and my sister said in ENGLISH don't worry we can come back tomorrow the man the snatches my card from me and does the top up and me and my sister think hes being nice and letting us pay with card however when he says here's ur card its done my sister gets her card out to pay and he says in a extremely rude way I said cash only me and my sister are confused as we said we don't have cash he then starts talking to us in an extremely rude way and says from now on your not allowed to come here and top up your card my sister answers back and says we told u we don't have cash u were the one who snatched the card..and he Denise it then we pay for the rest of our shopping and we ask for a bag and he ignores us throws the things on the counter and say Go.that man always has attitude

   Went to post my evri parcel and there was a Extremely rude rude man! I cannot believe how rude someone can be , my code was not scanning and I simply asked for some help . The man was shouting at me and saying to me “just try , just try , I can’t leave to help” because there was only him working apparently. I eventually figured it out MYSELF and then when I was going to the till the man kept going on - couldn’t even understand half the stuff he was saying it made no sense , delaying even the customer behind .

   I come here for Evri and Royal Mail sending and now there's these 2 kids that think they "know it all" sending the parcels and in general the shopkeepers are very rude and impolite many drinks everywhere and no space to walk around. Disgusting!

   lazy and not helpfull, I walk 20 min one way to collect EVRI parcel. They lie me ERVI system is close 7pm ( i arrived 7:10) I aspoken later with ERVI and they do not close system at 7pm. The guy at shop not doing anythink. And was not iterested helop older guy to get his parcel. just smiling and say comeback tomorrow. And told me Live is a problem my friend!!!!!

   Rubbish stock. Nothing special with drinks, snacks, ready meals etc. Only go cause it's near my house. Opening hours are horrible too, open 7, close 7pm sometimes or 8pm if they're in the mood. Will choose any other shop if I get the chance. Edit: Was standing outside for a little while in the freezing cold this morning. They just decided not to open till 8.30am Useless, don't ever depend on this place.

   I bought an emerge and it was fizzy so I check the date and it was 1 year out of date ( absolutely disgraceful) I tried to return it and get an emergency that was not out of date but they swore at me multiple times and laughed at me never going back there again
