   DONT HAVE ACCIDENT!!!!! After being hit by a 3rd party in my car which left my car undriveable I have been waiting 8 days for any contact.Then when contact was finally made by their garage and given a collection date of 6 weeks and told courtesy car would only be made available when car was picked up ,this would mean having no car and 2 kids for a total of 7 weeks . After saying this was unacceptable was given a new date of 3 weeks ,which still means no car for 4 weeks and still got the kids BEWARE BE PREPARED TO BE PUT OUT

   My 84 year old mum has been left with a hole in her bedroom and conservatory floors. The one in the conservatory was done by one of your workers. It has now been 6 months and all you have done is offer a pathetic amount for her to get it fixed herself. So we have to find a builder and manage the repair… not a brilliant way to treat a vulnerable pensioner who had a knee replacement earlier in the year and cannot use 2 rooms in the home she has lived in for over 50 years. Nobody makes contact and she is left to do all the chasing. Claims Consortium have been very poor. Please take some time to look into this claim and bring it to the correct conclusion, this has been going on far too long and it is your responsibility to correct all the errors you have made.    I am speechless about RIAS. Impossible to get through on the phone. Had a totally useless online chat. Car insurance premium increased from £400 to £1,000. Our circumstances have not changed apart from being a year older but RIAS will not give an explanation. I will never use them again and will not renew our house insurance.

   Apauling customer service, keen to take your money and prompt to remind you when due but website and call centre are not setup for the customer, making it difficult to contact and change arrangements. Consider carefully before using, may be worth paying more to get a better service when you need it

   They cancelled my own insurance I was driving a week uninsured thanks to them. Then I get a red letter saying I owe them £80. Very unprofessional.
