   The amazing team at harmless save lives, they saved my life and 5 stars doesn't seem enough. I have struggled with mental health for most of my life, being male and raised in a traditional household mental health was a weakness. Harmless and the tomorrow project stepped in to help me when every other door seemed closed and I can honestly say without their support I would not be here to right this review. Anyone who is struggling with suicidal thoughts or self harm, in whatever form that may take, reach out to Harmless, they can help you too.

   Would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve been on their waiting list for 9 years after being referred by my GP in 2016 and then re-referred by my GP again in 2023 and I still have had no support. Then had a call today to say they are going to discharge me from the waiting list, effective immediately. I would not recommend at all!!!
