I Called today to insure my daughters watch. My daughter has a speech impediment and is unable to call her self so I called to arrange a quote, and this company was totally unhelpful even down right rude when I first called and explained our situation. Even after explaining my daughter situation I had a brick wall put in front of me to get a quote off them only for them to insist she must call herself. My advice is not to bother with them. I have never had a problems with other companies I’ve communicated with on my daughters behalf in the past but this company is up there own backside as far as customer service goes. The disability to communicate verbally is in its self a big issue for my daughter but to be humiliated in this way is unacceptable we will go elsewhere to insure it.
