“Exceptional service from Ruth at NFU Mutual in Plymouth. It's so unusual in this day and age to get excellent service but Ruth was amazing and helped sort out insurance for a van I was thinking of buying. I already have my car insurance with NFU Mutual so thought I'd ask them for a rough idea of how much it would cost to insure the van before I decided whether or not to go ahead with the purchase. The price was competitive and Ruth was very helpful. When I made the decision to buy the van Ruth sorted out the insurance promptly and she was very pleasant and friendly, which makes a huge difference!
