As first time buyers, we were'nt sure who would be best to give us good advice and find us a mortgage. Plymouth Mortgage Hub was recommended to us by a friend and I'm glad they were. Claire and her team have always been on hand to explain the processes and all the necessary requirements along the way. Our mortgage wasn't quite as straight forward as some due to the age and location of the property. However, Claire and her team worked with us and different lenders to ensure we received the mortgage we needed at the best rate. There were times when I asked questions out of hours. Expecting a reply during office hours, Claire would at times, respond out of hours making the whole experience feel personal. Overall I would highly recommend Plymouth Mortgage Hub for your mortgage needs as they are professional, personal and friendly.
Myself and my partner had been let down by a previous mortgage advisor, we were looking to remortgage our home to enable us to remove a previous owner off the property. My partner reached out to Claire and very quickly received a reply to meet up the following week. After a face to face appointment (which was one of the best things as I hate not knowing who I am dealing with and meeting them in person) got the ball rolling very quickly looking for what we needed. I honestly thought this was something that was going to take months due to the previous advisor literally taking almost 6 months to have any sort of answer. But within 2 days we had a mortgage offer, 1 week later our house was surveyed and our mortgage agreed to. Within 3 weeks of meeting Claire we are signing and finalising our mortgage and we couldn't be happier. She has worked hard to get us an incredible rate and has helped us with every step. Ensuring we are happy and understand and that any questions we have had she has answered straight away. Even during the evening when we have left a message not expecting to have a reply until the following day but had a reply almost straight away. We honestly couldn't recommend them more if we tried. They have been incredible and I can not thank them enough.
