Excellent repair work and a very smooth experience overall. Communication was clear, the work was completed to a high standard and quicker than expected, and the staff were extremely helpful, Andy in particular. Tesla-approved and clearly know what they’re doing. Would happily recommend.
Very efficient service, with good communication and the use of a tracking system so you can log in to view the status of your repair. It did take a couple of weeks to get the repair started but it turned out to be a communication issue from the insurer not an issue with Steer so I have reviewed Steer accordingly. They deserve 5 stars.
I found the manager and staff to be supportive and felt so much more at ease with the repair to my car after I received a call from the manager assuring me that the repair carried out would be to the highest of standards in accordance with Mercedes requirements

I was desperate to have a courtesy car due to my profession.Carol was so helpful understanding and cooperative . Then I was fortunate to meet Paul Wilkinson Manager at MG Cannon . MG Cannon provided a competitive quote in a few days, arranged the collection from our drive, carried out a 5 star repair and returned the car a day earlier than planned.
