    Bad company I am them customer for nearly 2 years I got wit them 2 finance for cars in the same time I was pay more than 950 a month and when I asked personal finance for 2500 the grill refused. So they work I think as luck , they are not organised or use analysis system , it's as your luck if you talk with good person they will help you but if you pick the edits they will damage your name

    Loyal Customer for 4 Years – Shocked at the Lack of Goodwill I’ve been a First Response customer since January 2021 and have paid every single instalment on time for four years. I’ve paid them thousands, never missed a payment, and was genuinely planning to take my next vehicle finance with them. When my agreement got close to the end, I asked about a goodwill settlement reduction as a loyal customer. The response? A β€œsettlement” that was basically Β£3 off my remaining balance. No flexibility, no gesture, no appreciation for years of perfect payments. Just a scripted answer and a reminder that loyalty apparently means nothing here. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable β€” just a sign that long-term customers are valued. Instead, the interaction came across as cold, robotic and dismissive. I’ve now decided to settle the remaining balance and take all future finance elsewhere. There are plenty of lenders who actually look after repeat customers. A disappointing end to what I thought was a solid relationship.

    I have been with first response finance for a few years now, and their service is excellent. They make the whole process very easy and are always there to help. Laura my advisor and the rest of the team was amazing when my finished car got written off and they helped me get back on the road with a car from their approved dealer list that they sent over to me. When the time comes again I will only use these guys to finance my next vehicle. 5 stars from me!

    Absolutely incredible company! I had finance agreed with a dealership which I was then not happy with due to their service I spoke to FR they pointed me to other dealers who worked with them and I viewed another car and agreed finance on it on the same terms as before. The portal is easy to use to set up the agreement and any questions I did have on email and phone were dealt with swiftly. Overall excellent service, highly recommended I would certainly go back – thank you for making a stressful situation that bit easier!

    Fantastic experience with FRF. Easily arranged at time of purchase and have been fantastic at assisting me as I’ve gone through recent financial difficulties. They suspended payments for 3 months and then agreed a reduced payment for 3 months until I’ve been able to restart payments again. They have also assisted in having the vehicle repaired on several occasions by the dealer and assisted me with getting the vehicle recovered to the dealer for repairs. Always friendly and understandable staff who show empathy towards the customer.

    Bought a car using first response fiance which I bought the wrong car had nothing but problems with it . A lady called Hanna helped me through the progress of getting the car fixed as the dealer didn't want to know they then paid for all repairs which came to a big bill. I picked the car up within a few days had more problems with the car Hanna then suggested about giving the car back as it kept going wrong which was absolutely brilliant as a broken car is a nightmare I have received a full refund and will definitely be using this company again the staff are so polite and helpful and aren't like any fiance company I've ever dealt with as they look out for what's best for you . I am so grateful to Hanna as she kept me updated on a weekly basis of calls and emails providing me with answers and advice, 10/10 customer service if only every company had someone like Hanna ..

    What can i say, this company really made my car buying experience special and made me feel listened to. I haven't had the best credit history (uni student , life) which meant that I had struggled to acquire finance in the past. After making a finance application to First Response in the evening, i was contacted at 9:30 in the morning. The customer advisor really took her time with me, and asked me all the relevant question regarding my application and what car I was looking for. What makes this experience even better is that this company does not rely on credit history, however rely on your current income, and explaining why your credit history is the way it is. As long as you earn enough for the amount you've requested and your current bills are in order you will receive an approval the same day. In my case I received a response within 2 hours after sending in my Payslip and proof of License. Once I provided this I was given the green light to find a car (From a dealership only). At first I was a bit annoyed that it had to be from a dealership only, however when i come to think off it the warranty and service a dealership provides really does provide peace of mind in the long run. ***NOTE*** Not all dealership's First Response Finance can deal with, and if you do provide a car to first response and its a dealer they don't deal with they do have to submit their own internal checks to see if they can add the dealer to the list (this can all be done online on their portal so the process is done within a few hours) and they will get back to you to let you know whether they can deal with the dealership or to choose another one. Personally I did submit a few dealerships which couldn't be used however they can provide you with their own personal list of dealers they work with within your area which is really great. Overall I organized and collected a car within 3 days and once you get to the dealer, have seen the car, and like it, you go on your portal, press a button and the money is sent to the dealer within 30 minutes. The whole process has been brilliant and i have already recommended them to my family. Great service, great experience, i will be upgrading with them when the time comes.

    This company of helpfulness, speed, politeness, and professionalism is what all companies should be aspiring too. There customer service is out the top draw, nothing is an issue, their is always a resolution, and a real person to communicate with, I have two car's with them and the last purchase was running into late evening but the lovely kind lady at first response stayed with us until everything was complete. I shall be returning again & again and fully recommend them, keep up the excellent work.

    I have been a client of First Response since 2019 now, I have always been blown away by their excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. I recently contacted them as I was coming to the end of an agreement and was looking to re-finance a new vehicle. The gentleman I spoke to was able to answer all my questions and within about 20 minutes had approved my new agreement and sent me details of local dealers to find my new vehicle. All of these were trusted and reliable and one week later I picked up my new car! Couldn’t be happier. Even the car dealer said how great First Response are to deal with and wished others were such a pleasure. I will always recommend this company and as long as I need vehicle finance, they will be the first company I turn to. Thank you so much.

    Horrible experience. Very very intrusive in their application process. Lied about me being approved for a particular amount. Then changed what they promised. Wouldn’t allow me to choose my own suppler of a vehicle. Insisting I used the dealer who referred me to them. Very very rude on the phone, even hostile. Offered me a deal at over 50% APR!! Despite normal credit rating and employed in high paying job. The equivalent of loan sharks!! I went to Zuto and the process was easy, offered twice the amount for half the APR.
