1- cashier were rude and he bully some people whom didnt speak English properly. 2- beware what you are paying, cashier toke double amount, when I find out that he ignored that . definitely NOT RECOMMENDING, ignore this shop.

They stole my money. Went to this poundstretcher 2 weeks ago to buy a couple things. When I tapped my card, the payment went through but the cashier absolutely denied it did. I then showed them the transaction on my monzo app at which point the manager jumps in and let's me know that the money will bounce back to me after 3 business days. It's been 2 weeks and nothing has come back yet. All I can say is I won't be going back there anymore

Poor service - untidy shop floor, lots of goods on the floor, no correct labels... 4 tills, but only one was working - huge queue on Saturday afternoon. I needed to wait more than half an hour to be served and finally understood that the label with the price on the shelf was wrong. I spent more time to see the manager - not supportive, not helpful and rude. IN TWO WORDS POOR MANAGEMENT!!!
