   Climbing wall is overpriced (twice weekly sets you back £63 a month for non-members [£7.95 per session], small discount for members). Always extremely cold during winter months, climbing clearly not a priority area. Often over-booked with clubs during the evenings, often 30+ people on the wall midweek evenings.

   Staff are amazing always super friendly chatty and helpful Gym is good with alot of stuff and outside gym is brill too Tennis courts nevermind in but looks fun Plus they have a climbing wall here too I would come here regularly

   Attended for a kids laser tag birthday party. Actual laser tag session seemed short at only 20 mins but the kids all had fun and staff were nice and friendly.

   Facility and coaches are great but the management in the place is horrible. Contacted them multiple times to reschedule lessons and inform them of my injury and not a single email or phone call is replied to. Complete ignorance to all requests and took all the money without any response whatsoever. Better itself is also aware of the issue and ignores it; keeps giving me random emails to contact that no one replies to. Couldn’t go there for week cause I couldn’t drive and not a single person got back to me to sort my situation. Online systems do not work as they tell you it does and you’ll probably have to go there sort it every single time or else they’ll rip you off. Started great but unfortunately the whole experience ended up not being worth it due to that.

   Great facility to have. Lights are surprising, in that serving from certain spots is difficult. I definitely should have added that the lady on reception was extremely helpful to me as a new member.
