Just placed my order for Stressless Stella with Mike at the St Austell Branch. Mike was the main reason I decided to place my order with Julian Foye, he was down to earth, incredibly patient and extremely knowledgable about the product ( even though it was displayed in the Truro Showroom). I had been to 2 other retailers and given them the same brief, a big factor being that we have a young Labrador puppy who no doubt will end up on the sofa. Every other retailer pushed the Paloma leather apart from Mike who suggested the Cori leather ( being thicker and offering a higher degree of protection) - ( we even took the dog into a showroom of a competitor and this was not suggested) Great advice and much appreciated Even did a price match Very satisfied so far
Just had our new carpets delivered, and fitted, alongside new living and dining room furniture, big thanks to Mike Rogers at the St Austell store, and huge thanks to Darren and the carpet fitters, and the delivery guys, they were absolutely brilliant, all of the above are an absolute credit to your Company. We'll definitely be back.

We have just received delivery of a mattress, chaise-longue and an arm chair from Julian Foye. We viewed them first in the Truro store and then purchased them from the St Austell store (as we live in Devon). Both showrooms have a large range of mattresses, sofas and chairs in all sorts of fabric options. The showroom staff were very knowledgeable & helpful and the predicted delivery time was almost kept to the day. What impressed us even more than the great service we got at the shops, was the two men who delivered the furniture!! They were professional, courteous and got the furniture into the right place with no fuss and no damage. They even took the packaging away with them. I thought this level of customer service had faded away, or was only available in the US - what a lovely surprise to find it in the Southwest of England :-)
We have bought two large items from Julian Foye in the last couple of years. As we wanted quality and style. Mike Roger’s the St Austell store manager has gone above and beyond in helping us with an issue with one of the items. Nothing was too much trouble and this took a lot of stress out of the situation for us. We have nothing but praise for Mike and his team and would recommend this store to anyone looking for excellent customer service and quality products. The staff here are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have mainly been assisted by Kathy in the St Austell branch who has consistently impressed me with her customer service, interpersonal skills and professionalism. She has patiently assisted and guided me through a number of purchases and I have always left feeling valued. Post sales care and delivery is excellent, the delivery staff are efficient, careful and respectful of the home they are delivering to. I was very happy with the way a very minor issue (missing lighting component) was dealt with swiftly by the team - who worked hard and took the upmost care to ensure I was completely satisfied and the matter resolved the same day. Excellent customer care and service from start to finish, excellent quality furniture.
