Absolutely rubbish experience. When I first walked in, the manager cut me off and just walked away without apology. Then I ask for an Amazon pick up, and am told to wait for 15 minutes because the people have to ‘sort stuff out’. This customer service really needs to improve, and is not like it used to be.

Decent store with plenty of staff. Includes self checkout and has good air conditioning for summers. A bit of a packed small store though. Plenty selection on cold food, meal deals. A wide selection of wine and alcoholic drink in bottles or in cans. There's also an aisle for soft drinks, sweets and other sugar products. Alongside with 2-4 self checkouts and 2 3 cashiers. Theres a place to park your bike outside and few streets out is where you may park your car.

Delivery vehicles parked on the zebra crossing zig-zags. Delivery vehicles coming down our road at 0500. Cars parked in front of the shop on the pavement. Boxes pulled on the top of the steps into the shop, obstructing the handrail. They struggle with their stock of even essential items. This is about the worst example of a neighbourhood "convenience" store I can bring to mind. Such a shame, because it could be a much better local resource. Even though it has not been item long, it just generally have an air of being much more dilapidated.

Good little Coop, has a good selection of produce at reasonable prices (although have gone up a lot like everywhere else). Staff are friendly and helpful, plus there's student discount and loyalty scheme is pretty decent.

Mostly items are finished and not available, problem is double charging on counter, where amount is drawn immediately from bank and not approved at store, happened twice, issue needs to be investigated and resolved from coop administration

Moldy raspberries with small flies hovering around it. Salads in bags that should be refrigerated waiting to be picked up by customers at room temperature. Frozen foods that when you touch them, they're just a big lump that won't budge signalling a previous loss of chilliness. You can find all kinds of savoury delicacies in this supermarket

Great shop for convenience. Staff most of the time helpful and friendly. For the size of the shop has got most things you need. One thing that annoys me constantly is that product lines that have offers on are often not reflected at the till. You then have to go back after checking the receipt and show them the advertised price on the shelf. There is also a clearance stand that has several products on mostly sweets. Most of the time there is no reduced price displayed on the items and you get to the till, and surprise surprise there is no reduction on the “clearance” item. I’ve decided it’s just a stand with items the shop wants to get rid of but are quite happy for people to pay full price still. Check your receipts!
