   Met a lovely woman called nyla, she saw me and my girlfriend looking at supplements are being confused as to where stuff was because it isn’t our local store , she gave us some extremely valuable advice and suggestions and was the most kind , helpful member of staff. Amazing customer service and if you ever need any help when in store I’d recommend you ask her!

   I absolutely love this store, it’s so easy to access, free parking and the staff are absolutely amazing! I was there on Saturday and although there were a very difficult and horrible customer who continued to swear and create a scene. The two girl colleagues were able to deal with the situation quickly and ensure that me and other customers were served. I will definitely be back to shop the amazing deals!

   If I could put 0 stars I would. Not for Holland & Barrett as a company but one of the staff members Akmeela at the Watford Tesco branch. This girl was disgustingly rude to me as I went to pick up an order, firstly she told me ‘talk slower’ because she didn’t catch the 4 digits of my order number but she remembered my name from the day before… subsequently she couldn’t find my order (the order had been mistakenly delivered to another store) after asking if I could just get the items as I was there, she proceeded to tell me it wasn’t their fault which is understandable however she had been rude to me the day before and was now behaving appallingly. Her solution was to cancel my order which was an offer and buy the items in store which was more than double the online price which obviously is a terrible suggestion. The girls tone of voice and content of what she was saying was antagonising and rude. Never have I ever experienced someone in customer service be so foul. When asking for her name at first she wouldn’t give it to me, she then proceeded to serve more customers while I was stood there, saying ‘I’m going to serve my customers’, which I am… as I walked away she was extremely antagonising shouting ‘bye, bye’ and gave me the most patronising smile and wave. I am utterly appalled at this service and have made a complaint however I know that nothing will happen. This girl should be disciplined for her disgusting behaviour. What a horrendous human.

   Rude staff,,, came 2 minutes before 8 and both girls chatting and said sorry we closed I tried to explain its 2 minutes to 8 and she told me it's 8 ,, came again as Tesco pharmacy didn't have what I need, and politely asked can quickly buy what I need, she told me once again we closed,,, I said when I came first time it wasn't 8 . She said I wasn't in the shop area,, I said yeah course you said it's closed and barrier was on front of the store, then she says the barrier wasnt on other end :D omg are you guys joking with costumer service like that p.s girl with scarf.
