All Pound land branches sell a wide range of very reasonably priced items. I'd describe them as a "general store", they stock a very wide range of goods from frozen food to DIY equipment and mobile phone cables. Almost a case of you name it, they sell sell it.

Products are cheap but that's why you go there. Got my purchases and went to till. All self service tills were closed and one person on till, dealing with a query. No attempt to get staff despite the queue. Eventually call went out and all self checkouts opened. Why weren't they open all along? Cheap but no service or management support, I feel sorry for the staff and won't be hurrying back.

Do not rely on website prices to match in store. So not expect the range if items to be in store. I.e. Two popular coffee brands we looked at were not in store. Customer service line said the website is not always up to date.

Clearly its poundland so no surprises there. However the staff at the self service are overly aggressive for any issues with the till. Makes it not fun

Even their prices have risen up so u cant always get anything for a pound. But still better then supermarkets. I do like a bargain

The name of the store is intended to testify to the low price of its products. There is a selection of cleaning materials and toiletries at attractive prices. Sweets, candies, biscuits and other sweets at cheap prices. Stationery department, pet products department and more. There is always a line at the checkout, but it moves quickly.

Very reasonable price. Puntland should update their software of the self service counters. It's a bit annoying to see that the counters start to sound alarm and pause scanning very frequently. I believe their AI based fraud detection system is not state of art.

I gave 4 stars because the only reason to go to Poundland is for cheap goods, and in that it excels. Although, mostly it's good value there are certain items that are cheaper elsewhere, Starbucks coffee and Arctic coffee for instance (Asda is cheaper). Kettle low salt crisps for a pound can't be bad, then there's loadsa other stuff like cleaners for the house, etc. I suppose the adage; something for everyone could apply.

Poundland is a great place to buy cheaper stuff. You can also get some great deals on different items. You can not complain much about the quality as you know it is cheap, so yeah quality of certain things might be just okay.
