You can't beat a pound shop. Always look here first when buying any household items...otherwise you will surely regret it. Great for cash strapped gardeners, super deals on toiletries and birthday party ware. Visit regularly so you don't miss any bargains. Not many staff on the shopfloor instead replaced by lots of self service counters but sadly these just seem to be a sign of the times.
Well stocked and lots of stuff for a pound! I like it for kids craft, school fayre booty, everyday stationary etc. Have also bought towels for kids camping trip. Surprisingly nice gifts - baskets to fill, a pressed glass decanter to be filled with homemade sloe gin, or bubble bath. Have also found pretty garden lights. The stock changes regularly - but with a bit of imagination there are some genuine bargains.
