I use this shop everyday to post parcels. Polite and friendly .

Really poor. One of the worst coops in the area for out of date/expiring food. ALWAYS check their expiry dates, or just go to Sainsburys which is more reliable

Stupid and rude staff, telling me I cannot collect the parcel unless I show her the barcode. The barcode is literally on the parcel and how can I show the barcode without giving me the parcel?! I tried to show her ID and tracking number and she said she is not accepting any of that. Ridiculous

Incredibly rude service. I was waiting to collect a parcel and all 3 staff completely ignored me. To make matters worse, one of them broke their conversation to serve 2 men who had just walked in, even though I had been waiting. Items are over priced and the range is poor.

Stupidly overpriced, but even worse than that is I have never seen so many staff strolling around the Isles and regardless of the length of the queue at the counter, there is only ever 1 person on the till if you're lucky

I used to shop in this store all the time, as it had good quality food at reasonably prices. Since the take over the prices have gone up, no good offers, fresh goods nearly out of date. Even have junk food and high calorie milkshakes (not fresh) on sale. As this shop is by the school it promotes lots of junk food at the front of shop and all veg & fruit at the back or to the side. The flowers are all overpriced and small. All the lovely staff are now gone, replaced with not very friendly staff. I now shop at Sainsbury’s- all round better value for money, great fruit & veg.

Definitely not going back, rudest staff ever with no manners, not to mention more expensive prices!

Very rude staff, simply grunted when I asked for products from behind the till. Spent the whole time she served me talking to her colleague instead.
