   I ordered a game from Argos as a birthday present for my daughter with same-day collection. When I went to the store in the evening, the staff told me the delivery hadn’t arrived. I contacted customer service and was told the parcel was damaged and sent back by the driver, but I would receive another one the next day. The following day, I was told the van had broken down and I’d get the item within 24 hours. At that point, I had no choice but to cancel the order. Very disappointed with the service – it was unreliable and frustrating, especially for something time-sensitive like a birthday gift. Would not recommend based on this experience.

   Purchased an item for collection payed no problem day of collection date I receive a message saying there will be a delay but will be within a week . 4 days later Argos cancelled the order leaving me with no birthday present for my nephew . Why accept the payment and give a date if you don't have the item in stock ! Will be very cautious using your services in the future !
