As it always been, most terrible retailers with most terrible staff on counter. Firstly no milk available, I have had 10 times this year alone made complaint about no milk on shelves. Staff do not prioritise opening self check outs but can be talking. Anyway

Ordered through Deliveroo twice and both times all of the drinks where missing even though they were in stock I called the shop and the guy was very rude and told me I had to take it up with Deliveroo and ended the phone on me poor service and poor manners, last time this happened I let it slide didn’t get a refund or my drinks but I said it’s fine mistakes happen but for it to happen again is a disgrace. Yes it may be deliveroo fault that it wasn’t delivered but I was calling to ask if they weren’t in stock and if I was going to get a refund and he just ended the phone on me.

AVOID! Just had an awful experience in the shop. The staff working in there around 12pm on 31st October need to learn customer service skills or, better still, just don't work in a customer facing role! I've witness staff be rude to customers a number of occasions in this store. This time, after the self check out wouldn't work a member of staff asked me and my two small children to come to the till - I happily obliged. She then proceeded to serve three people and ignore me. When I asked if she was going to ring our items up another customer got very rude to me suggesting I was trying to jump the queue (at this point I'd been trying to pay for 15minutes and said customer had actually entered the shop after I was already trying to pay). The staff didn't intervene or correct the customer. It wasn't until other customers stepped in that I actually got served. If I was buying for my children I would have left. Won't be going there again. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Whenever I go in there seems to be a couple of people doing online orders, three or four people stacking shelves, only one person actually on the till, and a huge queue. It doesn't help that the person on the till is also responsible for the self service counters and checking that the delivery drivers collect the right order. It is not fair on the staff, and is frustrating for customers.

Avoid using this store as DPD drop off point! They obviously don`t know how to scan the items properly. Have a parcel sitting there for 4 days and not picked up by DPD driver. When confronted they are getting passive aggressive!

I went they to get payback and they said I needed to get something and I did but then the lady said oh it doesn’t work and I said can I refunded gum . no I prefer you don’t go there to get payback because they are such a liar

Doing a DPD return drop off, they saw it’s a big box and didn’t want to take it in. Using excuses they haven’t got any record labels left.
