   Deacons florists ran an amazing workshop for a group of flower arrangers in our village church on Sunday. Katie was excellent, she shared her knowledge of floristry in a friendly, informative, patient and kind way to a group of amateur florists with varied skills & knowledge. The afternoon was a fabulous way to spend an Sunday afternoon and I would have no hesitation in recommending Deacons florist for any flower requirements you may have.

   We used Katie for the wedding flowers and they were lovely. I asked for a white and blue floaty bouquet with mostly whites and a bit of blue and then more greenery for the floral display. We had flowers for the ceremony reused for the table displays, single roses for the bridesmaids with bows and my groom has a white rose with a hint of blue. See attached photos. Very happy. I also had flowers for my cake and hair and was very happy. She also made up a little leaf garland for our ceremony table which was lovely to add a bit of colour. In total we had: 2 pillars 6 aisle / table decorations Button holes x 12 Bridal bouquet Bridesmaid roses I can attach more when we get them from the photographer. I am currently getting my bouquet pressed. We would recommend Katie and team at Deacons.

   Katie and the team at Deacons truly went over and above for our flowers at our wedding (they did everything with a smile and we’re just such kind friendly people!) They were more than happy to meet as many times as we needed to make sure they were able to deliver the exact flowers we wanted! The flowers were beautiful and blew our expectations out of the water, all of our guests commented on how well the florists had done. We would highly recommend this lovely local shop and will definitely be the only place we go for flowers in the future!

   Deacons provided a wonderful wreath making course for us. The afternoon was festive, enjoyable and we came out with a beautiful wreath at the end. Highly recommended and a great idea for a Christmas activity with friends and family.

   The team at Deacons florist were absolutely amazing in helping me with my wedding flowers! The service was friendly and helpful right from the beginning (especially as I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted) but Katie was fab at discussing any ideas with me and working within my budget. When the flowers arrived on the morning of the wedding (at the time expected too), I was stunned at how beautiful the bouquets were. Our table arrangements were also stunning and exactly what I had imagined. I cannot thank Katie and the team at Deacons Florist enough and would 100% recommend them to anyone. Thank you for making my wedding experience a lot easier!

   My experience was very positive from start to finish with providing my wedding with flowers. Katie was very accommodating as I had no idea what to expect from the first florist appointment. She made me feel at ease and was very kind. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, so many people complimented them on my special day and I did not want to put my bouquet down due to how beautiful it was. They smelt amazing as well, so much that a bee landed on my bouquet! I would definitely recommend Katie as I was in safe hands from start to finish. Thank you Katie and your team.

   My fiancé and I were supposed to get married yesterday (15th May), but obviously this couldn't happen because of Covid-19. I got in touch with Deacons via e-mail and asked if they would do a floral arrangement for us that looked like what we had envisioned for our centerpieces. We were trying to make a special day for ourselves and thought it would be lovely to have one of our centerpieces on the table when we ate dinner like we would've done on our wedding day. We sent and inspiration photo, and they created a BEAUTIFUL version of it, which has inspired us to make some slight changes to our original plan for our wedding day. The woman who delivered the flowers was also very friendly and kind. They really helped make our day as special as it could've been under the current circumstances. We would go back to Deacons for a flower arrangement in the future.

   From the first appointment to the day of the wedding I didn't have a worry about the flowers! I wasn't exactly sure what i wanted by Katie took my ideas and beyond amazed us on the day when i saw what she'd created. Everything was perfect. Bouquets, Button holes, bridesmaid bouquets, Flower girl wands, cake flowers, flowers for hair - if you need it Katie will sort it. The venue looked stunning with the flower displays and they lasted for weeks after the day which was a nice reminder!
