Delightful independent mostly bedding plant nursery. With a good selection of perrenials and shrubs. All obviously healthy and well cared for. And a florist - whats not to like?! Brilliant
Fabulous service; beautiful spray of flowers to commemorate the 2 year passing of a much loved mum. Rang on Thursday morning and picked up Saturday. No charge for card on display. Really happy. Pleased to support local businesses.
On line Flower order made for a birthday and collected the next day. They actually offered to do it on the day I called! They also do deliveries. Very knowledgeable. Well established family business.
Superb service. A beautiful bunch of flowers were delivered to my parents for, in my opinion, a very reasonable price. We've used Crown Hill several times in the past and always been impressed. Will definitely use again.
Amazing service as always. I have shopped at Crown Hill Nursery many times now, and no longer buy flowers anywhere else. This was my first attempt at ordering the flowers online, and once again I was impressed with the whole process. Ordering was simple, the choice was huge (also split into occasion categories which helped me loads seeing as I have no idea what’s appropriate for certain occasions), There were clear pictures and descriptions so that I knew exactly what I was buying, along with message spaces to request alterations to the order or to ask questions or add a personal message to a card. I was also pleased to be able to use PayPal as an additional payment to the regular credit/debit card options. Although the store was closed when I placed my order I still received a personal reply and confirmation of my order within 30 minutes, from Michelle responding to a comment I left while placing my order. (This was the icing on the cake) I didn’t opt to have the flowers delivered, and had requested to collect them myself on a Sunday. The atmosphere as always was very friendly and welcoming. My order was ready and waiting for me and was absolutely perfect in quality & presentation. I would have no concerns about having flowers delivered from here without seeing them first. The young woman that served me discreetly noticed I was totally unprepared to transport fresh cut flowers that had been ordered complete in water filled vase in display wrap (hey, I'm a typical bloke, what do you expect) She was kind enough to loan me a wooden container to prevent the flowers from falling over in the car (Even if she did threaten to chase me if I didn’t return it the following week. Maybe I should have held onto it a little longer to see what happened haha). Crown Hill Nursery goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure the customer is happy. I will be returning again in May. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. Roy
