   As an avid cash converters online consumer I have spent many thousands on musical instruments and gear. I look every day for new stuff, every time Newark post a guitar its is actually priced higher than buying the same guitar brand new from a guitar shop. they have two fenders at the moment, both cost more than RRP and they are both pre-owned. Just be careful of stores like this that try and rip people off overpricing items, could be deliberate, could be the person in the store has absolutely no idea what they are doing. either way just comes across that your trying to scam people into buying your pre-owned items at a higher price then they would pay buying it brand new. Awful pricing and would suggest avoiding this store unless you've done your homework.

   Be careful with these thieves !!! I bought a TV that said it was 4k and it turned out to be a garbage. A very poor quality TV that barely went full hd and I paid for it 10 pounds more than the new cost. They have sold poor quality things at a premium price in the past. I never buy anything from them again.

   Bought a game that cost £8 didn't try it out until the week after I bought it. It didn't work. went back and asked for a refund. The person that sold it to me said that I should have been told that games/dvds only have a 1 day warranty but he didn't tell me that a week prior so I have just wasted £8 on a game that didn't even work.

   So unprofessional. I definitely not recommend it and I will never go back again. If you ask them to explain you the commission you're paying they are telling you is the computer job and everything is alright. They offer you a low commission for long term but if you decide to take your item earlier you'll be surprised because you'll pay a lot, more than expected. They are rude, don't talk to you. I use to buy stuff from them but I will never do this again.

   Been using Newark branch on and off for about 10 years. Have always found them to be as fair as they can be. Never really had any issues, but on the rare times I have, they've always sorted things out quickly. Good place to shop and staff always helpful.
