It’s convenient but too expensive, so I usually avoid big purchases and head straight to the clearance shelf. The team leader is unhelpful, avoiding assistance like going back into the back office and waiting for me to leave. The other team members are mostly nice and usually help as much as they can, though there are exceptions.

I ordered shopping from here on just eat yesterday and someone called Bharty managed to not put 4 items into my shopping. So I am around £15 short and have not received a refund. £15 is a lot to me as I'm registered disabled and this women. Bharty has not bothered to do her job properly. Missing one item OK. But FOUR and now costing me around £15 is not right. I would like "Perry" the store manager to contact me. ASAP.

Very poor customer service. At peak times when it is very busy and the shop is very full surely more than one cashier can be on the till and stocking can wait for 10 minutes. Somebody did jump on a till but then pretty much ignored me whilst talking to another member of staff with a tablet. I difficulty standing for very long and was struggling to pack my shopping under the tiny opening g in the screen and he didn't even notice let alone help. I had to 'interrupt ' to get another bag. Not impressed at all. Only cone because it's near for the odd couple of forgotten bits

One of the most convenient shops in my area. Little pricy on some products but it’s good for a quick after work grocery shopping.

Really rude guy(manager)? whilst being served he will walk off /ignor you, giving you your change and receipt is an inconvenience. I only use the place under duress as there isn't any other choice in the area !

I order here via deliveroo. Most of the time the deliveries are quick, prices of most of the products are reasonable. But don't be surprised if the orders are wrong, or if you order fruit and its nearly out of date or mouldy. I've made so many orders and they either miss items out or replace items (no notification on deliveroo). Thankfully I get refunds/credit on each occasion I take pictures of the order and all is well, but it can be very annoying though.

We come here all the time for odd essentials to supplement our main shopping (we're always running out of something!) It does stock most essential food items. The service is quick and staff are friendly. They bake every day and so is great for freshly made items such as baguettes, baps, rolls, etc.

Terrible organisation at the moment. Always delivery crates blocking already narrow and difficult aisles. One way system in place that no one follows. I'd be very surprised if any current guidelines are being adhered to at all in store. This has been my local convenience store for a good few years and under the current circumstances I dont really want to have to find alternative shopping facilities but if conditions do improve here I won't ever be returning. #stressful
