   I always have a good experience in this shop! They always have a good variety of things and quality control of their products seems on point. You'll always find offers happening in there, whether it's seasonal, end of line, or close to sell-by-date offers. The staff seem nice, Anton is always so lovely to be served by, whether on the till or the shop floor always having a smile on his face and seeming ready to help with whatever help you might need! You can both pick up and drop off parcels with various couriers which is super helpful also!

   This store is an absolute shambles. The customer service is shocking and disgusting. Can’t even say hello or thank you. I don’t know what idiots trained the staff here but basic manners is clearly not one of their priorities.

   Not only is all staff except Pranisha unfriendly and unhelpful, but the prices on the shelves against what the till say not the same either. You select something on the shelve for £1 and when you get to the till it scans as eg:£1.65 and then having staff tell you the shelve price is wrong. I pick up the things because of price and expect to pay what the shelve say. What is irritating too is that most of the labels have to deliveroo signs over a big part on them that hides the prices or description and that is causing confusion as that seems to cause the difference in price too.

   Absolutely the worst store I've been to. Rude, arrogant unhelpful. I went to drop off my amazon parcel for collection so needed a label.I've not been to the store before, before I can say anything an old Asian women at the till box started shouting der der der...and pointing. Like if I know what the hag was shouting about, I walked in the direction still not seeing anything like a printer. The witch finally came out of her cage again pointing shouting der der der...I shouted back ...where what are you talking about. Then I saw the amazon scanner hidden on the lottery stand. The scanning machine didn't work either. I've called the stores customer service and will speak to the area manager, I'll also complain to Amazon about this s..t store.
