I saw the employee ‘Ben’ ask for the Id of a SENIOR woman AND her carer and refused to serve them because the clearly 70+ woman could not produce physical ID
One of the workers there named Ben should be far away from customer service jobs He is rude and talks down to you all the time, people i work with have said they actively go out there way to shop elsewhere for their breaks because of his attitude He I.D checks literally EVERYONE, where i understand the importance of this there is a line.....i witnessed him I.D a clearly 40+ customer for alcohol and then refused him service because the clear 40+ year old didnt have a physical ID He really needs to understand the under25 rule
White male dark hair seems he has a lot of complaints on here working today wouldn't serve me alcohol I said to him I'm 36 years old think he's being a bit difficult wouldn't serve this young couple Eva think the managers need to have a talk with him
Not much selection, staff kinda rude too. Cabbage was mouldy. Dr Pepper slapping
Staff don't care or actually treat people with respect. Worst service within the local grocery chains. DON'T give them your money!!
Always good for me,has abit of a smell all the time though,don't know if it's a sewage problem or what.. Did have a rude member of staff tell me hurry up after i offered to move so he could fill the shelf,easily could have worked round me,on another day I might have reacted definitely,and he wouldn't of been saying much then.
During this critical time, I thought I would pop down and pick up a few essentials at 6am when the store opened, only to be turned away by the store manager to say the store would now open at 8:30 to allow them the to get their 'chilled order'. Fair enough but then please update your website!
This co op is by far the worst I have ever been to. The staff are extremely rude and dismissive I have seen in several occasions staff on their phones The que is always long they never seem to have more than one peroson on the till so waiting time is over 10 minutes. I have never had an experience in this particual co op which is good I have had bags basically thrown at me the cashier being rude to me or talking to their other colleagues and ignoring me. Everyone who I have spoken to about this particular co op have all said the same thing the staff are very rude and it's a very poorly run store. Myself and everyone I work with go in this store basically every day and we are always shocked by the way they treat their customers, working in retail ourselves we would never dream of acting the way these staff do. Awful customer service a conpleate let down of the company.
