Ordered via JustEat. Received chicken that was 12 days out of date. Fortunately I noticed and did not eat it. They do not answer the phone and JustEat provide no support.

I always went to Coop but then Tescos opened over the road and if I’m honest I go to Tescos mostly these days not just because it’s cheaper but also because it’s tidier, I often find this Coop is a bit of a mess.

They provide excellent customer service and maintain a good variety of product range. It is a clean place with decent space. You can find staff when you need help, and they are attentive. It's a good place overall and serves the purpose well indeed

I highly recommend the Co-op at Epsom Station. The team here is always incredibly helpful and supportive, going out of their way to assist everyone. The store is consistently clean, well-organized, and well-stocked, making shopping easy and enjoyable. Thank you to the staff for maintaining such a high standard !!!!!!

Great quality food, and the customer service is always amazing. They have a wide variety of products, and the food lasts well in the fridge/freezer. Some items are even cheaper than other supermarkets. Highly recommend for convenience and good deals.

Good store, I did notice the prices on products where higher than the store in Walton on the Hill. The shop also has friendly staff too.

I live in Epsom and until today I've never experienced a particular rude attitude here. Today (06/09) at around 2.30pm, I noticed the shop assistant was staring at me, and I'd say he was also chasing me (it was noticable) in the shop. I normally use the self service checkout, so I did this time, since I didn't find a reason to do differently. I had issues with the barcode of a product and the shop assistant was already beside me. The WORST PART is that he PUT HIS HANDS INSIDE MY BAG AND KEPT SCANNING FOR ME the remaining products, without apologising or asking me the permit to do so. This is more than disrespectful. I normally do my groceries in Ashley Center and I think after this episode I'll definetely avoid to get into that coop, despite the improvement brought by the new manager.

POOR SERVICE!!! I usually buy from the Coop in Ewell and I will definitely go back to them. I ordered a few things using the Deliveroo App and when the items arrived there were 4 items missing. I phoned the store and spoke to a lady who insisted that those items weren't on the receipt! I told her that I had a copy of the receipt in front of me and they were definitely on the receipt. She called me back to tell me that they had "found" my items and that I needed to call Deliveroo to collect! Can you believe this??? I told her that she needed to arrange for the items to be delivered to me. Well this happened on Sunday and I still haven't received my items and I have been charged for them and today is Tuesday!!!
