   Would give it lower. My partner went in to top up his oyster card, had to wait 5 minutes for the guy behind the counter to get off his phone. The guy didn't apologise after he came off his phone. My partner asked for £12 to be put on the oyster card, the guy behind the counter only put £5 and then walked away. My partner tried calling after him to let him know he said 12. The guy turned around and rudely told him to pay. My partner paid, thinking maybe the guy would come back to do the other half, but the guy came back and rudely asked why he was still waiting. My partner explained that he still needed another £7 pound to go on, to which the man got defensive saying he only said 5..(I think my partner knows how much he wants on there...) he then said to pay back the 5 pounds to then do 12... which doesn't make any sense. My partner expressed this, so this guy responds by telling him to leave?! Another customer stood up for my partner, to which he also got told to leave?!?! I myself have worked in retail for 9 years, and I know people have bad days, but the way you treated my partner is vile. I will make sure people know how you treat people.

   Why are you calling my phone? This is totally random, there's absolutely no reason whatsoever that you should be calling me. I have no connections to your store or the area you're in so what kind of scam operation is being run out of this store that you're randomly calling complete strangers from 100 miles away?!? Reported and blocked. Ew.

   Don't choose this pkace as a drop off point. He was rude and said he doesn't accept parcels. The owner said he doesn't take responsibility (even though he's legally binded to).

   Dont bother SECURITY RISK they want you to leave the parcel without receipt and making it easier for them to loss UPS need to not have these as a drop off as he refused to give the receipt and then would not take
