Really friendly business, very helpful and community focused. Loads of choice and will support with ordering in products that they don't stock on the shop floor.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. We have always found what we needed. It is nice to be able to buy smaller quantities of the weighed out items such as seed potatoes rather than having to buy a sealed pack from a larger garden centre when you don't need the full quantity. It's important that we support our smaller local businesses before we lose them.
I really enjoy my visits to this shop! The lady is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in everything pet related! I foster rescue dogs and she's always interested, and makes excellent recommendations! Support local!
We have shopped at the Kirkby in Ashfield branch for quite a few years now. Angie and her staff are really lovely, extremely knowledgeable and ready to help in any way they can. It's so nice to have a shop n this day and age where the customer service is based around the customer as an individual and this shop and staff gives that in spades. Brilliant shop for pet supplies, especially if you need specialist poultry, waterfowl or game bird feeds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free delivery for orders over £50 is great. The delivery man is also very friendly and has never got an order wrong!
