    New employees are ruining it!! Never had a bad experience before but there was a lady on the counter today and she was absolutely rude. She ignored me initially when I asked for collection of my parcel even when there was no other customer in the store. Later she asked me very rudely to show my ID for collection which I did. She took time to sort the parcels and ended up asking me if my parcel was small or big size (how do I know that!!) so I said maybe you should know as you have the parcel and my name with you. That was it, she gave me the parcel and started getting loud and rude with me saying that she gets many parcels for collection so next time onwards I should tell the size of the parcel as I was one to order and I should know that. Since the parcel was a pick up it had the store address on it.But the lady accused me that I provided her wrong address when she asked me about my home address. I don't think she had any clue of what was needed to be done. Absolute shame and a bad experience.

    Near enough everything is out of date in this place. Staff ignore you don’t even reply to being greeted. So small you can’t walk through the shop easily. Won’t be visiting again

    I presume Yodel pay Best One so why am I always greeted with a long face and total silence even when I greet them cheerfully. I like the walk to my local Yodel and sometimes they’re the only person I see all day and it’s depressing.

    Horrendous experience picking up a parcel today avoid where possible if you need and parcel collection. No customer service, rude and arrogant. I will never shop here again.

    My experience here has always been very positive and staff are always friendly and polite. They never talk to you unless you ask something which is the way I prefer. I can look around and take ages and they just keep to themselves. For context, I only buy small things and return parcels.

    While I managed to return my parcel, it could've been better experience if the staff was a bit more friendly. The label machine was also tricky to use with inverted image. One positive side is there are parking lots and it was easy (I might've been just lucky) to park. Note: I used it on Wed morning.

    The shopkeeper was really polite and helpful. My grandmother had gone to the shop and he helped her out patiently. When a woman came for the parcel service, she used unacceptable and inappropriate language but he had communicated with her in a calm manner and maintained his politeness. My grandmother had wanted me to write this review because she was grateful for the help she had received.

    I wish i could give negative star but there is no option. He is the rudest aggressive shopkeeper and man i ever experienced here. He misbehaved so badly when i went there to pickup a parcel. Wish the egoistic man hell. After i checked with my neighbors and friends, they had similar experience with him in the past. Hope hermes ,next or any other courier can pull off the contract from him. It's defintely unsafe to go to his shop.

    Very Rude person..very unhelpful. Went to return a parcel. Asked for help really rude and arrogant man . Finally had to call my husband for help. I can give 0 stars if possible.
