   I am absolutely disgusted, furious, and traumatized by the way I was treated by the security staff at this store. The man had the audacity to accuse me of something I didn’t do, speaking to me with complete rudeness and zero respect. His tone was condescending, patronising, and downright offensive. Who gave this man the right to talk to customers like criminals? The way he approached me was unacceptable, humiliating, and left me feeling shocked and speechless. He clearly lacks professionalism, common sense, and basic human decency. This experience ruined my entire day. I left the store shaken, appalled, and filled with anger. I will never step foot in this place again, and I will be taking every step necessary to report this individual and make sure his behaviour is called out. I will not stay silent about this kind of treatment. Absolutely shameful.

   My wife my daughter and 2 of my daughter friends they been in the shop today to buy some Halloween stuff!The security stopped my daughter (13of age ) to check her bags .My daughter remains terrified by the incident because was no manners used.I will go to speak with the manager about this incident!I was doing regularly shopping for house cleaning supplies now I will stop.

   AVOID THIS PLACE. Went in this afternoon and was told by security to leave our shopping bag at the front. 1 single bag full of our groceries and clothes shopping from previous shops with receipts included. Was asked to leave it at the front not looked after by anyone and not in a safe place and was told that we cannot continue shopping if we don't leave it at the front. Funny thing is I was already half way through the first aisle with my basket already half way filled when I was being told this. Absolutely ridiculous especially that no one else was asked to leave their bag or buggies at the front not to mention women in long skirts can also steal a lot. When we mentioned that on the way out if he has concerns that we stole something he is more than welcome to go through our bag which then he said was not allowed to do as a SECURITY GUARD ha ha ha. But anyways I left the basket there and left the shop not worth spending my money in shops that discriminate me based on god knows what fact or they actually wanting to leave my stuff there so they can go through it and steal whatever they want while I'm shopping there!!!!! Very dodgie security and place. Anyways went down the road and spent twice as much at your competitors.

   Very disappointed, NO customer service at all, the staff is talking on a different language , or are on the phone in front of the customers…. I’ve asked to pay the products in two different bills and the lady by the till, very busy talking with her colleagues on they own language did get me… when I’ve asked again very polite she said…”O MY GOOD” … UNACCEPTABLE… please managent pay more attention… you lost me as a customer….
