We would like to thank Meena for her kind and professional service at the Tandem Centre H&B. It was closing time and I was desperately looking for a feet cream and when at the till she didn't rush at all, she served us with a smile and explained about the offers they had going on, thanks to which I could buy a plastic free lovely soap bar half price! Just the service we love to receive❤️ Meena, you rock!
Trying to pay for your items here is a mission. The sales associate bombarded me with questions to harvest my data. Upon trying to pay for my item, I was asked for my name, my email and my date of birth! Invasive and rude. I gave all wrong details as the assistant would not take no for an answer. Appalling. I felt like leaving my items and exiting the store. It's creepy how obsessive the staff are at trying to obtain personal information from someone who is simply trying to buy a packet of banana chips! Horrible!
Very friendly staff, went above and beyond in customer service even went to go and find me exactly what I wanted, and even helped me with all the offers they have.

This review is overdue as I've frequented this store for many years now and have noticed an exceptional member of staff... Although I appreciated the great service I never bothered to write a review! However I visited the store again today and received the same high standard of service and promised myself I'd do a review. So here goes. Hubert is his name and great service is his game. Always, pleasant, always attentive, knows the store products and my particular favourite; actually guides you to the products by transporting himself around the store (and not just standing and pointing in the general direction of said item!) Such a great service in a time were customer care is as extinct as the dodo bird! Thanks Hubert, you are an asset to that store and I hope your manager reads this!
I went to the shop today at 5.58pm,entred the shop walked around for more than 15mins and there was nobody to assit me, l shouted several times for someone to come out,if l was a thief half of the shop would have gone,later on a lady came out call natalie,instead of her to assist me she said the shop was closed.where was she all this time and why was the door not locked.whoever owns that shop should put competent people there,otherwise his business will collapse. Thank you
