Why are some of the staff in this branch unable to speak English properly, it is important to be able to communicate in this type of shop where advice on products is needed.
Good afternoon, I rarely leave any reviews unless the place is really good or opposite. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with the store manager. I worked over 15 years in hospitality and I found him extremely rude, definitely not a great example to follow. It will be good for him to consider his future plans and maybe move on in different direction. I love the products but it's not the first time I have to face his bad attitude. Your customers are everything and there should be a better person representing the place!
What is the point keeping the shop opened, could you believe that Store manager refused to serve customer?? I have been waiting to open the shop in the morning before I need to go my work. After a few minutes late opening time. Manager doesn’t want to refund saying bought it from different Holland and Barrett stores, then I asked why it is the same company then he didn’t answer, then he refused to refund again because I am first customer of just opening time, I came for refund. What / Where are the customer service ethic and attitude . Even though he is store manager. Finally he looked at me horrible and terrible then refunded the money. As you all know, Borehamwood area has a lot of nice people, helping and supporting people. This store manager is definitely not suitable for our lovely borehamwood.

Staff doesn't know how to return and refund an online order to start with but managed to proceed after consulting a senior or supervisor. Handled with very bad attitude. Asked me to pop my card for refund and I explained to him that the order was paid online with paypal and would that be an issue (as I understood many refund had to be returned the same way it was paid). The guy shouted me back saying that paypal can only be used when ordering online but cannot be used in store. It didn't bother me and I was not asking to use paypal at store anyway. I have no problem at all as long as I got my refund but was simply trying to remind him if that could cause any problem but obviously this was not appreciated. I am not going to buy anything there because of this staff. Rude and arrogant!
I walked into the store and was warmly greeted today by the two staff members at the tills. They asked if I need help. I explained what I was looking for, I was shown to where it was and then they served me at the till. Really helpful and knowledgable.
