   Rude staff!! They did not allow me to feed the homemade food I carried with me to my sick 20-month-old baby by saying ‘it is forbidden to bring food from outside’ and while my son was crying and asking for food, the rude waiter waiting at my bedside insulted me by saying that you need to leave immediately. This rule was not written anywhere in the place, when I asked if I could take her name for complaint, she covered her name with her hand and threatened to call security. I'll never want to go again!!

   Cafe really is a miserable little place with a grotty little selection of overpriced snacks. They can't train the staff for scrambled egg but they've been taught to microwave

   Overly helpful and happy staff. I've had 5 different staff members on different occasions go above and beyond to assist me whilst shopping. Maybe its my age or I have a sign on my forehead that reeds 'Needs Help' but in any case this is a good place to do a quick shop on the way home from work or take some time and look around the department store for other items. Quite a different story in the cafe above though so be warned.

   The food was great but what really made it was the service. In particular the Italian guy who looked after my sister and I at our table was outstanding and made our visit a really great experience!

   Went to buy some new clothes for the New Year.. nothing in the clothing department worth spending on... noticed old products from a year ago because we had bought these at the start of lockdown...still on shelves in the Home area. It looked like a decision was made to wind the place down. The food area was full of great produce and choices. But I will not be going back to M&S to try and find something to wear... waste of time.

   With the retail area getting over a pandemic like the rest of the country, this particular M&S has tried in my mind to keep up with the high standards and is succeeding alot quicker than most other outlets. Immaculately clean, superb staff/customer liaison and the food is still of a higher quality,where other outlets the standards have dropped

   Very nice store with plenty of products. My one gripe is that they don't sell organic grapes. Parking outside is very good.
