   Very rude attitude towards the costumers. First questioned me why I took so long to collect my parcel and then proceeded to complain about me bringing my dog inside the shop when there is no sign of “no dogs allowed”. When questioned about the sign they said it’s common sense because the dogs are disgusting. Never ever will visit and shop there. Not even one star deserve.

   Sells fake vape. Got a crystal bar tried it and had no pull or flavour looked at packaging and vape and wasn’t a match to another crystal bar. Authentic QR code didn’t work took it back and told the man didn’t even hesitate to deny it. Looked through all the other ones, the same flavour I got and gave me a real one. He knew they was fake was so obvious as he was searching through them for the real ones. Do not buy vapes from here

   Fella behind the till with beanie hat, ear piercing and neck tattoo is always really rude and has a serious attitude problem. I only ever come here to pick up parcels and he always has an issue with me or makes things problematic. Everytime I get a parcel that needs collecting I dread going to this place.

   Very very rude staff! Don't even deserve one star. Arranged to pick up an Amazon delivery from there and the staff was asking for a barcode. Being someone who's only ever received Amazon parcels at home, I had no idea what barcode he was referring to and he got quite impatient and rude and kept using the word "init" in his accent. The other staff was also very rude to me and accused me of "lying" about picking up MY OWN PARCEL! I did mention I don't know what barcode he was referring to and I can provide proof of ID which is what Amazln requested. Overall horrible experience, wouldn't recommend parcel pickups there. Their shop is also pricey for a corner shop! Staff need intense training on customer service! If only I had read the reviews on Google before sending my parcel there! That experience pretty much ruined my whole day!

   Found the staff quite rude. I arranged to collect a delivery from here and they said they didn’t have it, and refused to properly look. The retailer said it was sent there but fortunately gave me a refund anyway. Don’t offer a service like this if you can’t be bothered to provide it. For parcel drop off and deliveries please go elsewhere.

   I'd give a zero if google allowed me, the worst type of people ever, Rude, Arrogant, Disrespectful, yoh name it. I forgot my driving licence whild sending money via money gram, and he refused checking for it, whild j saw near 40 driving licenses in the drawer. Very very bad experience

   Just went to the shop. Very rude, unpolite and not helpful at all. Because of their rude behavior asked to speak with the manager they avoided him. Said smth in their language between them in front of 5 customers. Don’t use this shop. One of the men working here is really idiot and silly. He laughs at himself when you talk to him. He is a short, bold guy.
