Please make sure you are updating your online delivery app accordingly been many times I've ordered items just to have it swapped for something I didn't want or refunded due to it not being in stock it's frustrating.
Poorly run store where the workers make apparently it you spend too long as a black person walking around you’re accused of theft, and then met with aggressive tones and shouting when you call them up on it. Would not recommend when there’s Iceland and Lidl down the road
I purchased a small bottle of Heinz salad cream from your new Addington branch and it cost £4 it doesn’t even cost that at tescos for a large bottle Aren’t people having enough problems financially without local shops ripping us off Disgusted !!! Lisa Holah
saw the manager attacking a shoplifter this morning. he was very aggressive and was attacking him with a basket and wine bottles! stealing is wrong but this was not called for. We all saw it on our way into the shop before getting the tram to school this morning. feeling a bit scared to go in now even though i’m not a shop lifter. it was scary!

First time doing an order they mucked up and didn’t send an item. Tried to ring the store 1000 times no answer will not be ordering this store again.
Great variety of foods, drinks, fresh clean bakery and friendly staff. Clean tidy store. Team should be proud of themselves.
Have got a great selection, I remember when this store opened ,a flagship store with a big bakery selection, big meat freezer and separate cheese fridge has 2 veg isles and a fruit isle , not so big on crisps or freezer food, deodorant isle is small, very good at Christmas this store.
Rubbish management! Im sure you won't be loosing out on money if you employ more staff!! Theres Never been a time without the longest ever queues. Always one poor woman only on the till struggling and waiting for staff for help.
