They’re really rude to customers I came here to put money in my card by using their post office and they’re questioning me to say why I’m not buying anything even the fact that the prices are too high came to use post office I get questioned why I’m not buying anything
They are ripping off every customer who enters the shop. THE CASH TILL DISPLAY HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR YEARS - you can't see the prices when they scan them and what they are charging. They make up prices. This is Illegal. Also there are no prices on many of the goods (70%+) in the shop.
Absolute disgrace do not shop here! They give you Incorrect change,see items from.the co op at double the price and even tried to see me open tobacco cheap,out of date eggs.
The moste expencive off Licence in Purley area. Some products are cost twice more then in another shop. Not recomended.
There is man working in this store who is vile and incompetent. He doesn’t know how to operate a till and over charges when working out postage costs. AVOID
I usually stop to talk to the staff members whilst I'm shopping, but, today I've experienced a very poor customer service. I was talking to one of the employees and, all of a sudden he said I was just wasting his time and he had better stuff to do. I work in retail myself and I know that there is always something that needs to be done, but he had engaged me in a conversation and I started to talk to him, even though I had just come back from a tiring night shift and just wanted to go home and honestly, arguing with him was the last thing I wanted to do. Won't go there anymore even though it's really close to mine but I'll have to go elsewhere.
