   The whole process was obviously very heartbreaking but helped enormously by Jim who explained what was going to happen. He treated Jazzy with the greatest respect. We had to make a very upsetting choice to say goodbye to our cat Jazzy last week. He had chosen us 8 years ago and he became one of the family. He was such a lovely and loving character although getting on in years for a cat. He had had his health problems for 2 years but was controlled. But last week he had what was probably a stroke which left him in pain and unable to walk, use his litter tray or eat and drink. He had a good life with us so we felt it was only fair to let him go. Jim was so lovely. Nothing was rushed and Jazzy went very peacefully. Thank you for the lovely card we received today and I will save the heart flower seeds to plant for spring.

   We said goodbye to our beloved dog Tess this morning, Laura helped our Tess have a very peaceful and dignified passing, a very sad time for us, Laura took time to speak to us, we are so grateful that we had our Tess helped by a genuine, kind caring person, non rushed, thoughtful in every way, we was relaxed therefore and so was Tess.. thank you Laura x
