It's quite obvious that friends have left the positive reviews. I was in there yesterday and there's nothing positive about the customer service in this store. The blonde girl is vile. Her attitude is appalling, mumbling things about me under her breath and when questioned completely ignored me and refused to serve me.
I just wanted to take a moment to leave some kind words for Ellie at Savers in Palmers Green. Every time I visit the store, she’s always so polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She has a calm and friendly way about her that instantly makes customers feel comfortable. Ellie never hesitates to go the extra mile — whether it’s helping me find a product, checking stock, or simply offering helpful advice with a smile. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about giving good service. Even during busy periods, she remains patient and attentive, which is really appreciated. Staff like Ellie make a real difference to the shopping experience. She’s a credit to the team and the kind of person you hope to see when you walk through the door. I’m honestly pleased with the service I received from a member of staff the other day. The young girl (Elie - Blonde) was kind enough to show me where everything was that I needed and how to use them the correct way. This was my first time in the store as I was just visiting from Leeds but I’m generally pleased with the help I received from this member of staff. After reading the reviews about this shop, Im absolutely flabbergasted and disgusted on how many bad reviews there is about her. She is a very nice understanding girl and definitely doesn’t deserve all the negativity she is receiving.
I went here the other day to buy something and the young blonde girl who worked there was extremely rude when I asked her if she could help me find it which she refused to do. I was forced to walk to Morrisons and pay more for the same item. Terrible customer service, will not be going again.
I’ve been there a customer since the shop open and I m always had a good experience with the staff and the product. But now there is a young blonde girl that is very very rude. Not sure if I want to go back there anymore. And it’s really unfair because the rest of the staff is lovely especially the manager. I hope that they gonna sort things out as soon as possible because I don’t want to lose that shop
I nice store with polite friendly staff. However don't be fooled by the so called deals. Having not really shopped here before I was taken in by the crafty sales tricks. I bought what I thought was Zflora but was a diffrent renranded product. I bought what I thought was a good deal on Paracetamol only to find out the box was smaller. Be careful it's not what it seems.
I been to this savers at 9january 2023 as i needed a water bottle for my little one . I saw the price and was 1.69£ . When i went to pay to the till the price came out 2£. With a normal behaviour i said to the cashier that the price to the shop floor was 1.69£ and sheee was sooooooo rudeeeeeee watching me like she wanted to kill me showing me the till that the price was 2£….. meeee very quietly i said you should not speak to me like this , as im not discussing , specifically for 0,30£ .She said maybe the costumers put it at a wrong place the bottle( buttt nooo assss as not only a bottle to that place….) was so arrogant and not watching me on the face said to her colleague to serve me !!!!! ( was very easy for her to check the price and come to till and speaking better with respect, as the shop is small as well and she will not loose so much time) She went without saying to me sorry for the issue that she open to me . She is very arrogant. Never happen to me something like this at any shop. Her colleague was nice and she just changed the price on till and saying to me sorry for the inconvenience . The arrogant lady name was LINDA… I can say to Linda if she doesn’t love her job she should leave!
Cool place to get inexpensive stuff. Such as perfumes, toiletries, hair products, and other household items. Staff always willing to help
Cashier needs to develop her communication skills with customers! She gave me change as different country currency, she knew that was not pound! while I am asking to change it, she had strange behaviours! told me till was closed while she was giving change to another customer!! The cashier was very rude and obnoxious!
Good prices. Clean bright shop. Angela the cashier is very polite and helpful everytime I have gone in there she has given brilliant customer care.
