   Unable to complete as Matthew McCoubrey created a breakdown in relationship with our Lender. Forced to change lender AND solicitor (credit to Boyd Rice), 6 weeks later we moved into our dream home. If you want someone who responds to you in good time, helps with a stress free experience and is willing to work to resolve minor issues... go with someone else. Wasted my time, money and hopes.

   Along with estate agents, car dealers and taxidermists, I’ve never had a good experience with a solicitor where I’d recommend them either. Until now. Nicholas McKimm looked after the sale of my late father’s house having moved the conveyancing side of things from another solicitor who turned out to be nothing short of a Shylock.
