   Alyson Floyd acted in my sale and purchase, and she was excellent through out. She is incredibly pro-active, predicting issues before they happen and resolving them. Calls and emails are answered on the day and you are kept up to date all the way through. Alyson and Sharon were attentive, all over the detail and have client care at the forefront, even giving me a call the day before completion just to talk me through how the day would unfold. If you want care and support during an incredibly stressful time you have to use them.

   With recommendations from our Estate Agent, and with a very fair quotation of costs, we asked Boyd Rice to act for us in our recent house purchase. We cannot fault the efficiency of Ben Wall who acted for us. It was not the easiest of moves, with changes of dates and problems communicating with another part of the chain, but Ben handled it all calmly and professionally as well as reassuring us each time a further complication appeared. Emails and phone calls were answered promptly and our face to face signing meeting was by far the easiest we have experienced. We would have no hesitation in recommending Boyd Rice for conveyancing services and would definitely use them again: though hopefully we will not need to do so.
