   I had a highly disappointing experience with Andrew McClean, whose conduct I found unprofessional and unacceptable for a practicing solicitor. His approach to legal matters was condescending, and his communication style came across as rude, immature, and lacking the professionalism expected in this field. Such behavior raises serious concerns, and I would recommend that his conduct be reviewed by the Law Society. May I suggest in the strongest terms to anyone that you as a potential client DO NOT USE the legal services of such an establishment.

   Solicitor is rude and when challenged will create fake narritives to make herself feel better. Clearly sexist in dealing in custody matters and has the view dads are second class parents. If you’re a dad looking to use these services avoid at all costs. Shouldn’t be a solicitor and is a disgrace to the profession

   Horrible experience with this firm. I wasn't listened to. They just wanted me to go down a road which would have cost me a lot of money against my wishes. Very unprofessional and rude. I would advise anyone to stay clear of this firm.

   We just bought a house and used James J Macauley due to a recommendation from our Mortgage Advisor, and also because their fees were the cheapest that we priced. We dealt with Andrew and Roisin who were both lovely and sorted everything out for us hassle free. We were in a 3 person chain, and Andrew/Roisin were able to get the contracts signed and everything completed extremely quickly. We met Andrew at a house in Ballymena which was very convenient as we were from that area, and with 2 young kids it saved us travelling to Carrick. On completion day everything went smoothly on their end and was completely stress free. All in all a great service and we are 2 happy customers. Thank you both for all of your help - Lee and Rach

   Very unprofessional solicitors, poor communication skills, they just ingore you when you need them to do something. Ended up using another local solicitors who where much better. Not happy with Macaulay, would NOT recommend. Lost alot of money in the process.

   Disappointed to report the service from this practice is nothing short of unprofessional and rude. From the first encounter and at every stage during our house move the only stress encountered was with the practice that was being paid to act on our behave. Customer service training would be recommended for all staff employed at this firm in particular for the solicitor involved. The lack of communication in particular was disgraceful and unprofessional.
