   Recently used Diamond Heron Solicitors, they where absolutely fabulous. I dealt with Karen for family law and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Karen kept me up to date every step of the way. She was always quick to respond and communication was easy from telephone call to emails. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Karen and the team. Over the process we met some amazing people who were fantastic with our case. Over the moon with our outcome couldn't recommend Karen enough. Highly highly recommend. Both have been in regular communication for 18 months with me, via email and telephone and I have to say that having this communication was first class.    I don't usually post reviews but felt I had to due to my experience with Diamond and Heron and Joanne. I used them for family law and was so disappointed with the way my case was dealt with there were mistakes made from start to finish no communication and in the end I asked for things to be brought to an end as it was a complete mess which I am still sorting now. As I said I do not like putting up a review that is so negative but my experience was a complete disaster from start to finish unfortunately.
