   Julie Ann Osbourne Is not helping the residents of the Old Mill in Killyleagh. She doesn’t answer emails or phone calls. She is causing distress to home owners by not doing her job. What would take her a few hours work is costing owners thousands of pounds. Reply to your emails Ms. Osbourne.
