My wife and I used Dawn for a house sale and boundary issue. From the initial meeting with Dawn we knew that this was the caring solicitors for us. Her dedication and legal acumen were apparent from the outset. The trophies and awards in the office are a true representation of this solicitors ability. We have used other solicitors over the years but feel that we would now never use any other in the future.    Dawn and her excellent team are absolutely fantastic. I was going to use another solicitor for buying my house but the seller was using that solicitor so they recommended Skelton Callender to me and I've not looked back. I am a first time buyer and Dawn made everything so easy to understand. Her communication and efficiency were excellent. People say that solicitors are slow but that couldn't be further from the truth with Skelton Callender! Not hard to pay either. I couldn't fault the wonderful folks here at Skelton Callender, particularly Dawn who I worked closely with throughout the process. I'd highly recommend Skeleton Callender and will definitely return to them when I need their services again! Exceptional!
