Highly unprofessional and unreliable.Because of their wrong advice a lot of time was lost.Their poor quality work is not worth the money I paid.
Wife just got off the phone with this rude old head and was very upset with how he talked to her. She had a genuine concern with an employment contract and he would not give her the time of day. Speaking the way he did with someone he has never met or spoke to before is absolutely horrendous. Don’t waste your time with this man, he won’t give you that time back
Went to Terence Mcourt with an employment issue … he was rude, nasty and verbally abusive towards me, I left his office in tears !! Now he’s charged me £350 for the privilege… wouldn’t advise anyone to go anywhere near him.

I was very disappointed with my meeting with Terrence. He didn’t give us the time of day, didn’t hear us out, and basically said we weren’t worth his time. The website says they deal with employment law, and I told his secretary over the phone that was what I wanted, only to be immediately told by Terrence that ‘I don’t do employment law because it doesn’t pay me’. He didn’t even see us out, just left after basically saying no. Terrible firm, stay away and don’t waste your time with them.
Was being represented in a family contact case by Emmet McCourt who has refused to ack properly in a case where my kids have suffered abuse.. I found his lack of emotional understanding sad. My children's mother had told my kids I'd killed their pet rabbit funny. Do not go to this firm full stop. Taking legal aid and not acting properly. There reseptionist OLGA is rude beyond believe has talked over me and refusing now to hand over my legal paperwork to represent myself . This firm horrible to deal with do not go here if you want to see your kids unprofessional and just rude rude
