    I had a very disappointing experience at the Argos store inside Sainsbury’s Bexleyheath. I went there to return a laptop that was not working as expected the screen looked faded and the lighting gave me headaches. I had already spoken twice with Argos customer service, who confirmed over the phone that I could return the item. When I arrived at the store, a staff member named Sam refused to process the return, saying she could not see anything wrong with the laptop. However, she could not even fully open or set up the device, as it had been reset before the return. I explained this clearly, but she dismissed my concern without properly checking it. I was left very disappointed and confused about how my valid return could be rejected after I was told by Argos support that it was acceptable. This situation caused me stress and inconvenience, and I hope Argos reviews how such cases are handled in their stores.

    Went here to send a pre-ordered parcel as this is supposed to be a 'DPD outlet' and the girls in Argos had no idea what I was asking them for, apart from one girl. Couldn't have been more dismissive. They have NO boxes, envelopes or parcel bags to send stuff. We left and found a DHL in Rymans - MUCH better experience.

    Horrendous experience. Purchased online to collect some items in store. Money was debited from my account however no order number has been provided. Without an order number you can't get through to speak to anybody in Customer Services and the virtual assistant can make no sense of my issue. In store can't help as I haven't got an order number, so I Have effectively Experienced fraud by Argos. I'm sure this message will be ignored also. I will never be using Argos ever again, both professionally or for my businesses

    I went to Argos today 14/07/2021 to refund faulty Tinyphones Kids Head 933/2858 at around 13.58 . While I was looking for my receipt, Sales consultant was saying that I bought nothing from Argos. Then she went at the back for a very short time. On her return she said " System has no records under your email." Even after I have found my copy of receipt in my email, Sales Consultant was continuing saying that system was working this morning. She was not going to say "Sorry" at all. I do not think people like her should be working for Argos. This is a very bad "face" for your company.

    Very rude staff, Argos need to invest in training these staff. Lack complete costumer service. Don't even understand the simple logic of refunding payment to the original card. Gosh!

    Not enough staff members ! Had to wait 20 minutes while I was ignored by one staff member who would not make eye contact with me. Was told to come during the the week to get links taken out of my watch after coming on a Saturday and have now been told to come back on a Saturday!! Not impressed at all
