   Hi, I’ve been going to this Argos for years, Never had any problems or any issues My family also come to this Argos. I like that they are very fast forward and simple They don’t do extra! Kind and nice and simple what more could u want Don’t believe the negative comments if I was you. From a customers perspective I’ll give it a 10 out of 10 compared to other Argoses I have been to. I really like the guy with the beard curly hair I think brown guy. Big up to him. All the staff are great

   Argos doesn’t care at all about their customers, today i went to return an iphone i got still brand new. I spoke to someone from argos on live chat who said i was definitely able to get a refund and return it and made an hour journey there just for there people to stand behind a counter and refuse to refund me as the seals had been broken. I’m not happy with the phone and would like to return it but they didn’t even give me a chance to explain the reasons i wasn’t happy with it and they wasn’t even willing to look at the phone when i pulled it out my bag to show them Useless and unhelpful. Hate argos and will never buy from the again. MAKE it CLEAR if apple products can’t be returned when the boxes have been opened as some of your staff are clearly confused about what you can and can’t return. How can i be told i can return it to one person via live chat and another person over a phone call but when i go to a store they refuse to help and give me a refund? This situation has been nothing but stressful and frustrating for me. I have social anxiety and physical health conditions and I could definitely do without making one hour journeys for no reason thanks to your staff

   The manager of the Argos store in Romford, a very rude woman, refused to exchange the item I bought just a few hours ago. She was rude, insisting that there was nothing wrong with the kettle and that she wouldn’t exchange it. It was as if she was blind and couldn’t see that it was rusty inside. Terrible service!

   Ordered a trimmer - 7 in 1 - multigroomer Wahl Peaky blinders gift set. It was collected in store. Most items were missing with only the actual trimmer, moisturiser in the pack when I was supposed to have a comb, blade, etc. Extremely dissapointed as I was hoping to take it with me now I don't have time to reorder and wait another day.

   There is no option for 0 star! I ordered I fleece for my daughter. The lady at the counter ordered it for me from other site & I’ve got the message to collect today with the reservation number 554682. I went to the store and the staff the counter said that I need the code as well because without the code means it’s not ready to collect!!! 1. How do I suppose to know that I need the code apart from the reservation number? 2. Why didn’t the lady who reserved for me let me know I need the code? 3. Why the message didn’t mention anything about the code or at least saying the code is coming, I need to wait to collect? I was so busy & tired but I had to try to come to collect my item. It just wasted my time & my energy for nothing!!!! Such a very confusing & inconsiderate service

   Wish i could give 0 stars. Staff and very rude and seemed racist. They tried to serve the person behind me when it's first come first served. The person behind me had more sense and said no they would wait their turn. So rude. They also don't let you return if you have changed your mind.
